2021.10.19 20:34 Tal_Raja_Vheo Another Puppy Not Eating Post
I feel like these have been gone over, but I am running out of ideas. First, about Lilith. She is a 4 month old GSD/Malinois/Anatolian mix. Right now a bit smaller than she should be but her puppy version of a BMI is doing aight by a hair. We have had her since she was 5 weeks and she was underweight bad when we got her due to fleas/ticks/worms. She has begun teething officially too, so that is exasperating the issue. Also of note: She is a prospective service dog so she has a lot going on in her normal day.
So what we know so far -
2021.10.19 20:34 prodigalsonreturn 31 [M4F] London/UK/Online let's have a chat and see what happens...
I'm a Welsh Doctor based in London and as you can imagine my past few months of work has been quite full on and I don't really see that changing for a little while. I'm pretty easy going and fun and love getting out to try new things when I'm able.
I'm 6'1, 100kgs, stocky build (think rugby player build), brown hair, blue eyes with glasses.
For fun I like to get out and go bouldering (climbing) a couple of times a week, keeps me fit and also helps me de-stress. I'd also say that I'm a pretty big nerd, I love sci-fi and anything that involves. I listen to lots of audio books on my commute and the occasional podcast too. When I'm not in the city I love to get out hiking in the mountains or on the coast (I definitely do miss it!).
A fun little hobby I got into during lockdown was making amateur erotic audio that I submit here on reddit (Different account but if you're nice I'll share the link with you ;) ).
Come tell me about something nice you've done during lockdown or let me know about a cool video game you've played lately?
Shoot me a message if you'd like to chat, I prefer reddit chat to start with but happy to move to something else later on.
Looking forward to chatting with you and seeing where things go...

2021.10.19 20:34 NickBagelBoy Fingerprint sensor
Did they mention anything about the quality of the thumbprint sensor? I switched about a year ago from the Pixel 3 to the Galaxy S20+ and hated the thumbprint sensor due to lack of accuracy sometimes, to the point where I would mostly use the pattern swipe to unlock. My S20+ broke recently and had to switch back to my Pixel 3 and the rear physical fingerprint sensor is a DREAM. Was sad to see they're going back to the thumbprint sensor on the Pixel 6. It seems small but it is a huge thing for me. Did they mention anything on the accuracy of the thumbprint sensor on the 6?

2021.10.19 20:34 moarwineprs Finally signed up for a gym membership today
There a gym across the street from my apartment that has a pool. It's a small 40' pool with just 4 lanes that is 3.5' deep throughout, but it's literally a <1 minute walk to get there. Can't really beat the convenience short of having a pool inside my building. After talking about it for months, considering the pool's lap swim hours, and how I could work around both my WFH schedule and my kids' daily daycare dropoff-pickup routine, I finally decided to sign up. Well, I tried to sign up on Sunday, but the person authorized to do memberships and renewals wasn't in and the girl at reception let me through anyway.
Swam for about an hour on Sunday Monday and about 30 minutes today during my lunch break, the first times in about 5 years. I likely won't be able to swim every day that I'm WFH, but I'm going to try on days where there are no ongoing incidents to take care of.
With this free membership I get a free consultation with one of their personal trainers. I have 30 days to schedule something (though the consultation itself could be weeks later). Any advice on what I might be able to expect from a PT consultation? I was thinking of utilizing the fitness room somehow to compliment swimming, but I have no idea where to start. Is this something I can expect a PT to help me with?

2021.10.19 20:34 Raikouzen The Caligula Effect 2 Review Thread [r/Games crosspost]
Game Information Game Title: The Caligula Effect 2
An unreleased Hololive character on a quest to stop a Hatsune Miku character gone wild.
There is no doubt that The Caligula Effect 2 is a niche within a niche, and the fact that the second game so closely follows the first just confirms that the developers are comfortable with that. While it might not click with everyone, it's worth trying, because if you do like your games a bit thoughtful and arty, then this is going to be one of the highlights of the year.
The Caligula Effect 2 improves combat, delivers an engaging story and adds a level of polish that the original game couldn't afford. From engaging characters to the wicked tunes of the Musicians, the game delivers a great JRPG experience from start to finish. This game lays the groundwork for an exciting future of FuRyu and Historia developed RPGs going forward!
The Caligula Effect 2 is a game that deserved a better budget than it got. It's combat system is amazing and engaging, but everything else about it could be better.
Although the visuals may not be much to look at, the combat and story are the soul of Caligula Effect 2 that holds it all together.
The Caligula Effect 2 is a virtual encounter that ended up being a mixed experience for me. It has a solid combat system and a fantastic soundtrack. But this is kinda let down by an overbearing story and side quests which created a lengthy and rather dull experience. Overall, I think the game will appeal to a niche audience looking for a story rich experience as well as fans of the original game. While the concept of trying to escape a virtual world doesn’t seem like something new, this still was an experience I enjoyed plugging into and escaping reality for a few hours a day.
I haven't had a game in which I've had to pull myself away from playing it for a while, but I spent a Saturday basically playing The Caligula Effect 2 and only stopping for supper. I really hope a lot of the other RPGs coming out before the year's out on Switch can elicit that level of devotion.
The Caligula Effect 2 has loads of cool ideas, but it's undeniably rough around the edges. The visuals and character models are basic, animations can be awkward, and the environmental design comes off as uninspired. At least the user interface looks lovely.
A good combat system and a infectious soundtrack are not enough to make The Caligula Effect 2 a recommendation. Whate we have here is much better than the first game, but not on par with the best JRPGs on the market. Still, fans of the genre may want to give it a try.
The Caligula Effect 2 is a big, content-heavy, competent game that suffers from poor graphical presentation. The premise and characters are interesting and the combat system is engaging, which helps make up for lackluster dungeons and world design and sub-par visual presentation on the Nintendo Switch.
The Caligula Effect 2 might still have the excellent combat system that made its predecessor worth any JRPG fan’s time, but unlike that game, it doesn’t feature an engaging story with memorable characters, nor is it well-paced as it used to be. Sadly, it is as generic as a dystopian JRPG starring Japanese teenagers (a subgenre that is way bigger than one would initially believe) can be.
The Caligula Effect 2 is a notable improvement over its predecessor, with better writing, better characters, and better combat. Still, it does continue some of the faults from that first game.

Hi everyone so I know having a social life is supposed to be healthy and good for you. But like at least 70% of the time I’m like I don’t really care to have any friends. Maybe like one that I get along with really well and call on the odd occasion. But I just wanna hang out, do my thing and make a lot of money😂Anyone else like this? Sometimes I’m think I might go crazy if I do that but it honestly feels like the best way to live.

2021.10.19 20:34 juldaddy Mini SE vs Mini 2?
Hi everyone! I’m looking into the Mini SE and Mini 2’s for a birthday gift for my grandpa. I know the Mini SE says it has a distance of 4km but I’ve seen reviews where people have talked about the signal dropping after 500 meters.
He would mostly be flying it in/above wooded areas and around lakes etc. so I’m a bit concerned about the signal being finicky on him and if that’s the case I believe Ill just go for the Mini 2.
I’m just hoping for some feedback from people with experience with these drones to know if I should save a few bucks or buy the Mini 2!
